Our body is not able to produce all the necessary ingredients for healthy appearance and condition of hair, skin and nails by itself. Unfortunately, it is extremely difficult to provide them all in the form of a balanced and complete diet. We have created a pendulum that contains many of the most important substances necessary for proper internal care of the cells that make up these tissues. 

The "Skin, Hair, Nails" pendulum is designed to provide the healing vibrations not of a particular product, but of a whole range of substances that support a healthy appearance. This makes it possible to perfectly support this process at the energetic level. The pendulum emits the energy of such preparations as: Vitamins A, E, C, D, B, K, biotin, folic acid, omega-3 acids, nettle, horsetail, amino acids, magnesium, lithium, silicon, iron, copper, selenium, potassium, calcium. 

The pendulum emits the healing energies of the substances and affects the person above the energy level. Before using the pendulum, hold the pendulum in your hand for a moment and then gently strike it against an object / table edge. Pendulum over the diseased organ, the solar plexus or over the palm (where the receptors are located). Give the following mental command: "Give as many vibrations as necessary (for me, another person or an animal) to improve the condition of the skin, hair and nails." The working time is dictated by the pendulum itself. Complete standstill means the end of work. With the pendulum we influence ourselves or another person, depending on individual needs (one to three times a day). It is important to know that by sending vibrations there is no danger of overdosing the preparation.
