Withdrawal Policy

Consumer Information

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities (Section 13 German Civil Code – BGB).

A. Withdrawal Policy for Contracts for the Delivery of Goods

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal (Goods)

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

B. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Live Seminars

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for performance (Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB).

This applies in particular to live seminars and events scheduled for a specific date and time, regardless of whether they take place on-site or online.

C. Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

(Access to a Telegram Group with Seminar Recordings)

For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g., access to a Telegram group containing seminar recordings), the right of withdrawal expires if:

• we have begun performance of the contract after

• you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

• you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance (Section 356 (5) BGB).

D. Right of Withdrawal for Entrepreneurs

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers.
Entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB are not entitled to a right of withdrawal.
