Special Notice Regarding Seminar Access and Digital Content

Certain products offered in our shop include access to a private Telegram group in which seminar recordings and accompanying materials are made available. These contents are not provided on a physical data carrier.

By purchasing such a product, you expressly agree that we may begin performance of the contract before the expiration of the statutory withdrawal period by granting you immediate access to the Telegram group after purchase.

You further acknowledge that, upon commencement of performance, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB).

2. Warranty

If transport damage to goods is detected, the recipient must immediately report such damage to the carrier (shipping service). Any other visible transport damage must be reported to us in writing within 8 days of receipt of the goods.

We are not liable for defects resulting from improper handling, normal wear and tear, or external influences. If repairs are carried out by the customer or third parties without our prior written consent, any warranty claims against us shall be void.

3. Data Protection

The data transmitted to our shop will be used exclusively for processing your orders. All personal data will be treated confidentially. Data will only be passed on to third parties (e.g., shipping providers) if this is necessary for order processing.

Please note that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., communication via email) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

The use of contact data published within the scope of the legal notice by third parties for sending unsolicited advertising or informational materials is hereby expressly prohibited. The operators reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited promotional information, such as spam emails.

4. Liability for Content

The content of our pages has been created with the greatest care. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws pursuant to Section 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG).

By judgment of May 12, 1998 – 312 O 85/98 – "Liability for Links", the Regional Court of Hamburg ruled that by providing a link, one may be jointly responsible for the content of the linked page. This can only be prevented by expressly distancing oneself from such content.

We hereby expressly distance ourselves from all content of all linked pages on this website. This declaration applies to all links placed on our website.

Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no control. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for such external content.

6. Copyright

All displayed third-party logos are the property of the respective companies and are subject to copyright protection. All photos, logos, texts, reports, scripts, and program routines developed by us may not be copied or otherwise used without our prior written consent.

The content and works created by the site operators on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Downloads and copies of this site are permitted for private, non-commercial use only.

7. Miscellaneous

We have no influence if products are discontinued by our suppliers and are therefore no longer available or have been changed in type and design. We reserve the right to make price changes for individual products.

8. Validity of the Terms and Conditions

By placing an order, the customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions of the shop. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid for any reason, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Place of performance and jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law, is Weilburg, Germany.
